MyTurnPlus Inc. provides dynamic queuing solutions, patient flow management tools, and related technology services (collectively, the “Services”).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of MYTURNPLUS INC or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.

6. User Content and Responsibility

8. 10DLC Messaging and Compliance

8.1 Overview
MYTURNPLUS INC may send SMS and/or MMS messages in the United States through twilio’s messaging platform in accordance with 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration and applicable carrier guidelines.

8.2 Consent Requirement

  • Messages will only be sent to recipients who have provided prior express written consent in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.
  • We do not purchase or use third-party contact lists without consent.

8.3 Opt-In Process

  • Users may opt in to receive messages by expressly consenting through authorized channels.
  • Consent records will be maintained for verification purposes.

8.4 Opt-Out Process

  • Recipients may opt out at any time by replying with standard keywords such as “STOP,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” “CANCEL,” or “QUIT.”
  • Upon opt-out, the recipient will be removed from future messaging lists.

8.5 Message Content Compliance

  • No content shall be misleading, fraudulent, sexually explicit, harassing, or otherwise prohibited under CTIA and carrier rules.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate messaging campaigns that violate applicable regulations.

8.6 Message Frequency & Charges

  • Message frequency will be disclosed at the time of opt-in.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier.

8.7 Data Privacy

  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal phone numbers with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  • Data related to messaging will be stored securely and only used for authorized campaign purposes.

8.8 Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYTURNPLUS INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
