MTP™, a California-based Corporation, transforms patient engagement through its USPTO Patent Pending Dynamic Urgent Care system. Patients download the app on their smartphones to receive text notifications and are guided to the clinic when the doctor is ready.
Unlike typical queuing applications the MTP™ logic & architecture is specific to urgent care clinics and its patients. The MTP™ A/I and machine learning technology was developed specific to urgent care clinic data points.
The static appointment slot methods currently used in ambulatory patient engagement in Urgent Care Clinics are almost worthless in the Dynamic Queuing Eco System of Urgent Care.
The simple and intuitive UC dashboard provides admin with an overview of the clinics queue at a glance.
Dynamic Queuing drives improved patient flow, cancellations and no shows are handled via automation and do not impact patient flow. The dynamic System and Method inherently increase patient flow and reduce wait room time.
MTP™ is design to function with… Patients Calling an Urgent Care, Walking in with no Appointment, as well as Internet Bookings. The Patient gains the freedom of movement and time saved and is prompted and guided via their “Smart Phone”
WHEN THE SYSTEM KNOWS THE DOCTOR IS READY.
The App screen flow accommodates new patients and returning patients.
The App has a feature to load Demographic Information for ease of use.
Patients are engaged in the entire process from making an appointment to receiving a confirmation time and a text prompt when it is time to depart their location which leads to increased patient volume.
Non Provisional Utility Patent Title: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING A DYNAMIC MEDICAL PRACTICE QUEUING PLATFORM
When Converting from a typical “Static Slot Appointment System” to the MTP™ “Dynamic Appointment and Clinic Patient Flow System”
Based on the assumption that the average patient flow is 22 minutes per caregiver on duty using a “traditional static slot appointment system or walk in & online booking.”

Sample size is 500 patients seen over a period of 3 weekdays in the month of September 2023 in Fresno County California.
Assumptions of the additional patients per day when using the MTP™ Dynamic System are based upon the Non-Provisional USPTO Utility Patent Pending …
